One last trip to The Virtual Pub - Christmas special and (maybe) the final episode
Here we are - the Christmas Special edition and (maybe) final episode of The Virtual Pub.
It’s started as a project to distract ourselves from the sh*tshow that is 2020, turned into our weekly opportunity to catch up and vent about the world - have a laugh and remind ourselves what it’s like to have a few pints with friends.
Then, a few weeks later and a thousand listeners later, and it grew into something so much more…
It meant the world to read and listen to comments about how much you enjoyed the show and see the number of listeners across the country, and all we can say from the bottom of our hearts is “thank you.”
Thank you for taking a chance on our weird little show, but as we all start 2021 taking on new challenges and entering new jobs, we need to take more time for ourselves.
Does that mean this is the end of The Virtual Pub? The real answer is we don’t know. It depends on the future - what we have going on and whether we have the time in our lives to commit to making more episodes that we are proud of.
Which is why we wanted to go out with a bang, and we have done so with probably the funniest episode we’ve done. It quickly goes off the rails and we hope you enjoy it!
