Indie Game: The Movie. A videogame film worth watching to premiere at Sundance

Of the significant amount of buzz surrounding this year's Sundance Film Festival, this has definitely captured the hearts and minds of we nerds: a feature documentary about the pains of the 21st century independent artist that is the indie game designer.

The film, created by first-time filmmakers Lisanne Pajot and James Swirsky on a budget made by two extremely successful Kickstarter campaigns, tells the stories of four developers, who are working on three games (which you may very well know): Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes' Super Meat Boy, Phil Fish's FEZ, and Jonathon Blow's Braid.  All stories are told at different points in the lives of each, showing the diverse sense of anxiety felt by developers, and the steps taken towards self expression.  A new clip was released today as well, taken from a scene where Phil presents FEZ to an audience at PAX East in Boston.  Take a look!
