World of Warcraft: Cataclysm review (PC/Mac)

Following the dragon Deathwing's destructive flyover, Azeroth has experienced a landmark shift throughout the lands, and a new found visual prowess that is sure to maintain absolute engagement for the next few months. New starter zones ensure beginners will be doing more than executing unsuspecting wildlife. Engaging stories with sometimes meteoric crescendos play alongside sweeping vistas of a solid imagination, while a phasing system that ensures no boss you kill returns in your game, a higher level cap, and countless more logical additions create an expansion of convenience. Some prove tiresome (archaeology), and this isn’t the landmark shift found in the preceding free update; but WoW has never been in better shape. 8
