Killzone 3 review
An emphatic blitz on the senses, throwing everything at you in one elegantly designed piece of destruction. Gargantuan landscapes are traversed to an operatic soundtrack; we're wandering into Michael Bay territory here, both for the good and bad. What this leads to is a somewhat bittersweet singleplayer combat experience, that falls into old habits and becomes a victim to it's own linearities. Multiplayer is still an inviting concept, not many identifiable changes have been made to the dynamics to set it apart from the multitude of other shooters within this genre. A well executed imitator, rather than an innovator. A solidifier to the trilogy. 8
