TheSixtyOne is a web based musical journey for users to discover singer/songwriters. The simple web page is a background image, chosen by the artist, a control panel for musical directions (play, pause, volume, skip, add to playlist), a panel to discover new types of songs, for example you can choose a song set to a mood you're in, and a panel to share, comment, download or 'heart' a track.
This simple site is a gold mine of passionate artists who leave little messages, a mini bio, over their background image for users to read whilst listening and discover more about the artist and the song.
