Samsung releases concept video for flexible AMOLED 'mobile display'

So after Nokia took a stab at the flexible display, Samsung had to throw it's hat into the ring after dancing with the technology for quite a while, by introducing a rather curious conceptualism in the form of the Samsung Mobile Display.

Throughout the video, the central concept seems to be based around the duality of a screen that can be folded up into a phone, while laid out straight to for a tablet.  We see it used as a video chat technology, a camera (interesting), a text translator, a voice translator and (best bit) a 3D projection system.  It's the first time that technology has thrown up different forms of interaction that could seem as human and easily actionable as the capacitive touch screen, so on that hand flexible displays may have a chance.  Take a look!
