Galaxy Nexus specs, benchmarks and images leaked

Ahead of the Google and Samsung keynote presentation in Hong Kong (starts at 3AM for we nocturnal creatures in UK), two images have leaked.

The images purportedly show the homegrown competitor to the iPhone 4S, Google/Samsung's Galaxy Nexus (we would've preferred Nexus Prime), along with a table comparing it to other smartphones in the far eastern market.  A quick session on Google Translate shows us some detailed specifications: 1.2 ghz dual-core Texas Instruments processor, 32GB onboard storage, 4.65 inch Super AMOLED curved display (720p), and a 5mp camera with 1080p recording capability.  Impressive specs which will satisfy those with the Quadrant standard habit of benchmarking their phones (hello Galaxy S II); but an all-round encumberance with a size that, regardless of how thin or curved still is too big for a phone.  Plus the camera sounds surprisingly lacking unless they pull out some high-grade optics and additional technology (we know that megapixels aren't everything; but they are picture sharpness).

To their defense though, Ice cream sandwich looks awesome, as you can see below.  In the meantime, we'll see you with an official announcement in a mere few hours.
