Thieves Make Off With $1.5 Million iPad Mini Haul In JFK Heist
In a heist reminiscent of that pulled off in Goodfellas, a pair have made off with a haul of Apple iPad Mini's (3,600 of them to be precise) from a cargo building at New York City's JFK airport.
iPad 3 Vs. iPad 4. What's Changed Exactly?
Last night must have been a bit of a blur for Apple fans the world over. Not only did Tim Cook and co. take to the stage to unveil the long-mooted iPad Mini, but the company revealed new upgrades to the iMac (calling it “the most beautiful iMac we have ever made”), Mac Mini and lifted the curtains on a 13-inch ‘Retina’ MacBook Pro. Apple Becomes Most Valuable Company Of All-Time
It was a while coming, but today Apple finally overtook the record set by Microsoft in 1999 as the most valuable publicly traded company of all time - topping $622 billion in market capitalisation compared to the $618.9 billion boasted by Microsoft back in the day – even as we continue to await the long-gestating iPhone 5 and rumoured 7” iPad Mini.

The smaller iPad anticipated by many, including the normally rock solid Wall Street Journal, was missing in action. So what happened? There's been too much buzz around a lilliputian iPad for too long to presume Apple has not at least thought about it.
