From being a finalist in the UK Blog Awards to my podcast crashing its way into the top 10 list, I have a lot to love each and every single one of you for this Valentine’s Day.
Vlog One - Royal Rumble Review And British Toy Fair 2016
I went along to cover the British Toy Fair, but not before watching the WWE Royal Rumble live with my mates (hence the huge bags under my eyes). Here's a day in the life of me, driving down to London and running around like a tired mad man.
Gamecity 9: Day One.
A rather chilly Saturday morning kicked off GameCity 9, introducing Nottingham to a rather different festival than what has been considered the norm over the previous eight years.
The Plan For New Rising Media
So here I sit on the balcony at my flat, drinking cider and eating pepperoni pizza to perfectly accompany the arrival of summer: an ideal place to write the second part of New Rising Media's return.
The Daily Mail Caught Plagiarising An Entire Article From Cracked.com
The Daily Mail has been caught copying an article from comedy website Cracked.com. Plagiarism is never a good idea, especially if it's committed by one of the most well known news publications in Britain.

On Saturday night, a woman named Betty Wheeler was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver near a highway intersection in Waynesboro, Virginia. As the scene of the crime was investigated, one piece of evidence surfaced: a car part (an air dam) that broke off upon impact (the image above). This is when the community of commenters around the car culture blog Jalopnik took action, and may have just given the authorities some valuable information about the case.
Resident Evil 6 promoted via viral blog
So a rather basic looking blog titled NoHopeLeft.com has been growing in audience, displaying a series of inauspicious photographs, 'Blair witch' style videos, and a conspiracy theory about linked cities. But from all the Biohazard logos dotted across different pieces of media on the blog, we can't help but detect the viral marketing capability here, possibly for the next Resident Evil.
Nostalgia in the form of Video game maps drawn from memory
It seems weird seeing these drawings at first; but then you realise just how much detail of a video game world can be recalled soully from your memory. This is what tumblr blog Mapstalgia has chosen to celebrate.
